摘要
广州琶洲地块四改造项目为超B级高度的复杂高层建筑,存在楼板局部不连续、高度超限的情况。设计中采用了基于性能的抗震设计方法,根据结构的受力情况和重要性,采用了不同的抗震性能目标,分别进行小震弹性分析、小震弹性时程分析、中震弹性分析以及大震弹塑性时程分析,确保结构整体和各构件的抗震性能均能达到设计的预期目标。对于体型收进位置的重要构件,通过计算分析及多种构造措施加强,确保结构安全可行。
The office tower of the Guangzhou Pazhou Village parcel redevelopment project is a B-level tall building with an irregular type, which faces the unfavorable situations of discontinuous floor and over limit tower height. Performance-based seismic design was adopted during the design process. Different seismic performance objectives were determined according to the importance of the structural component. According to the elastic analysis under light or medium earthquake and the elasto-plastic analysis under strong earthquake, the seismic behavior of whole structure and each structural component should satisfy the expected objective. Different construction detail and analysis were proceed on the important or significant component such as the setback shape level, which ensures the safety and reliability of the structure.
