摘要
在工程项目合同管理的全寿命周期中,索赔是一个重要而复杂的环节。文章阐述了我国传统的索赔管理模式,对传统索赔模式的分类、程序、管理进行了系统性的分析,根据分析结果,借鉴国外BIM技术与合同管理相结合的成功模式,并依据我国国情,建立一个以BIM技术为核心的工程项目全寿命周期的索赔管理模型,为工程项目索赔管理的建模提供一个新思路。
During the whole life cycle of the project contract management, the claim is an important but complicated issue. The traditional claim management mode is introduced in this paper, where its classification, procedures and management strategies are analyzed. Combining above results and the successful experience to apply BIM technology into contract management, a BIM technology cored claim management framework during the the whole life cycle of the engineering project is established according to our national conditions, which provides a reference idea in the same area.
