京津冀城市群经济社会与生态环境协调发展研究

Research on the Coordinated Development of Economic Society and the Eco-environment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei City Agglomeration

通过建立京津冀城市群经济社会与生态环境质量评价指标体系和耦合协调度模型,系统揭示京津冀城市群经济社会与生态环境协调耦合作用的时空规律。研究结果表明:从时序演化来看,京津冀地区经济社会与生态环境系统持续发展,两者间的耦合协调发展呈动态式演化,耦合协调发展曲线为S型,总体呈现出上升趋势,增长方式逐渐由经济增长滞后型向生态环境滞后型转变。从空间差异来看,京津冀地区各城市经济社会与生态环境耦合协调度发展水平整体上有一定的提升,呈现出明显的空间分异,空间格局由以北京为中心逐步演变为以北京为轴心,以天津和石家庄为两翼的高水平协调发展状态。

By establishing quality evaluation index system and coupling coordination degree model of economic society and the eco-environment of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city agglomeration, this study reveals its spatio-temporal rule of coordination coupling function. The resuhs show that： From the temporal evolution of view, the system of economic society and the eco- environment developed sustainably in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. The coupling coordinated development between them was dynamic evolution, and its curve was S-shaped type, overall showing an upward trend, growth mode gradually transformed form economic growth lag type to eco-environment lag type. From the view of spatial difference, the coupling coordinated development level of economic society and eco-environment of cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region overall improved, and showed obviously spatial differentiation. Spatial patterns in Beijing evolved from a center into an axis, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang as the two wings of the high level of coordinated development.
