职业教育集团办学运行管理模式探析——基于复合型职业教育集团视角

The Analysis of Vocational Education Group Operation and Management Mode——Based on the Perspective of Composite Vocational Education Group

近些年来国家着力予以推进职业教育集团化办学,但在实际运作过程中,现行职教集团办学管理模式存在诸多问题,而在复合型职教集团中表现尤为突出。鉴于此,基于复合型职业教育集团视角,对现行办学管理模式暴露的问题,进行了深入剖析,并提出完善复合型职教集团办学运行管理模式的一些策略建议,希冀对促进职业教育内涵式发展,提高集团化办学质量有所裨益。

In recent years, vocational education collectivization is to be facilitated in our country. But in the actual operation process, the current school - running management mode has many problems, especially in the compos- ite vocational education group. In view of this, based on the perspective of composite vocational education group, the paper studies systematically the current school -running management mode problems, and carries on the further a- nalysis. Then given on the basis, the paper brings forward some strategy suggestions about perfecting the school - running management mode of composite vocational education group, in order to promote the connotative development of vocational education and improve the quality of running school by means of collectivization.
