农村保育员现状及其胜任力研究——以广西崇左地区为例

A Study on the Actual State and Competency of Rural Nurses in Sino-Vietnamese border of Guangxi

保育员是学前教育不可或缺的一支重要力量,保育员队伍现状及其胜任力直接影响着学前教育的水平。本研究以广西崇左地区为例,进行了调查,结果显示农村保育员队伍有以下特点:保育员以女性为主;三年工龄的保育员流动性最大;保育员学历水平低;薪资水平及其人数比例缓慢递增;保育员与幼儿教师呈倒挂现象;学习培训的积极性也不高。胜任力研究结果显示:保育员整体专业知识水平胜任力较低;高年龄组胜任力优于低年龄组;三年工龄的保育员胜任力最低。

The nurses are an important force of preschool education in China, and the status and competency of caregivers directly affect the progress and improvement of preschool education. The situation of the nurse of Guan- gxi border rural nurses in the underdeveloped economy shows the following characteristics： the age structure of the nursery is normal distribution; The nurses＇mobility was the highest in three years. The education level of nurses did not meet the national requirements ; The salary level and the number of people increase slowly; nurses and kinder- garten teachers were upside down phenomenon; Even The enthusiasm of nurse training is not high. Competency study results show that ： the overall professional knowledge level of nurses is low; The competency of high age group is better than that of low age group; The nurses with three years of service have the lowest competency.
