医德视域下卫生职业院校廉洁文化课建设的探索

Exploration on the construction of integrity culture class of vocational health schools from the perspective of medical ethics spirit

在职业院校开展廉洁文化建设是贯彻和落实党的十八大"大力加强廉政文化建设"的重要举措。目前相对于本科高校,职业院校特别是卫生职业院校对校园文化建设的研究相对较少。该文以加强卫生职业院校廉洁文化建设路径为最终目的,分析卫生职业院校廉洁文化课建设的现状,提出加强廉洁文化显性课程教育与隐形课程培养相结合,探索以医德为核心的廉洁文化教育。

Vocational education is an important measure to carry out clean and honest culture construction in vocational colleges to implement the requirement of 18th National Congress of the Party. At present, the construction of clean and honest culture in our country mainly concentrates on the undergraduate colleges and universities, and the research of vocational colleges especially heahh vocational college is reIatively inadequate. In this paper, we will strengthen the construction of clean and honest culture in health vocational colleges as the ultimate goal, analyze the current situation of the construction of clean and honest culture in health vocational colleges, summarize the connotation of medical ethics spirit, and put forward the combination of explicit curriculum education and hidden curriculum development in order to explore the construction of clean and honest culture with medical ethics spirit as the core.
