医院政工师在沟通与协调方面的作用浅析

Analysis on the Role of Hospital Political Engineers in Communication and Coordination

随着医院规模的不断扩大,职工人数不断增加,医院科室之间、领导与医护人员的联系越来越紧密,新老职工间各种利益矛盾日益突出,这就要求政工师发挥其沟通与协调职能,促进医院各方面工作顺利运行。该文结合多年工作经验,深入探讨医院政工师如何在科室间、医患沟通方面发挥沟通与协调作用。

With expansion of the hospital scale and increasing number of workers, the connection between hospital departments, leaderships and staffs are more and more closely, on the other hand, conflicts of interests between new and old workers are becoming increasingly prominent, which all requires hospital political engineers exert its functions of communication and coordination to promote the smooth operation of all aspects of hospital. Based on many years of work experience, this paper deeply analyzes the role of hospital political engineers in communication and coordination between different departments and doctor-patient communication.
