手术室护理管理在控制医院感染中的应用效果

The application of the operating room nursing management in controlling hospital infection

目的:分析手术室护理管理在控制医院感染中的应用效果。方法:以某院2016年1月-6月医院未实施手术室护理管理的患者80例设为对照组,抽取同期实施手术室护理管理的患者80例设为研究组,比较两组医院感染的发生情况及护理满意度。结果:研究组患者医院感染发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(15.0%),研究组患者对手术室护理管理工作的满意度(96.3%)高于对照组(82.5%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理管理能够减少医院感染的发生,提高患者对护理管理工作的满意度,具有推广价值。

Objective：Discuss in hospital infection control, the application effect of the operating room nursing management.Methods：80 cases of patients who did not implement the operation room care management from January to June in 2016 were selected as the control group. Eighty patients with nursing room management were selected as the study group. The incidence and nursing Satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results： the group at the hospital infection rate 2.5% 15.0% lower than the contrast group, management of operating room nursing satisfaction 96.3% higher than that of control group 82.5%, compared with the control group with statistical significance （P〈z 0.05）. Conclusion： the operating room nursing management can reduce the occurrence of hospital infection, improve patient satisfaction with nursing management, actively promote value.
