香连化滞丸联合抗生素治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

To observe the clinical effect of Xianglian Huazhi pill combined with antibiotics in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的:观察香连化滞丸联合抗生素治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法:将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组,对照组30例予以柳氮磺胺吡啶胶囊治疗;治疗组30例予以香连化滞丸联合柳氮磺胺吡啶胶囊治疗。比较两组患者结肠镜积分,并评定临床疗效,进行对比分析。结果:治疗组结肠镜积分改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率86.67%,对照组临床总有效率63.33%,临床总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:香连化滞丸联合抗生素治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床治疗效果确切。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xianglian Huazhi pill combined with antibiotics in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods： 60cases of ulcerative colitis patients were divided into two groups： the control group of 30cases treated with sulfasalazine capsules in the treatment; the treatment group of 30 cases of Xianglian Huazhi pill combined with sulfasalazine capsules in the treatment of colon were compared between the two groups. Mirror points, evaluation of clinical efficacy, were analyzed. Results： the treatment group colonoscopy points better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）; treatment group, the total efficiency of 100%; control group clinical total efficiency of 87.5%, the total clinical efficiency had significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Xianglian Huazhi pill combined with antibiotics in the treatment of the clinical effects of ulcerative colitis is exact.
