负压封闭引流技术治疗骨科创伤及感染创面的护理

Nursing of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of wound and wound infection in Department of orthopedics

目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术治疗骨科创伤及感染创面的护理效果。方法:回顾分析某医院骨科收治60例骨科创伤及感染患者的临床资料,全部患者均接受负压封闭引流技术治疗,配合系统的临床护理,分析患者的临床护理效果。结果:所有患者术后均接受6~12个月不等的随访观察,其中,57例患者创面肉芽生长良好,且未见肌腱骨骼外露表现,创面细菌培养结果证实创面良好恢复且为阴性,另外3例患者骨外露面积相对较大,且严重感染影响肉芽的生长和修复。结论:负压封闭引流技术治疗骨科创伤及感染创面的临床应用价值较高。

Objective：To investigate the nursing effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of wound and wound infection in Department of orthopedics. Methods：Retrospective analysis in hospital department of orthopedics treated 60 cases of Department of orthopedics trauma and infection in patients with clinical data, all patients were treated with vacuum sealing drainage treatment, combined with clinical nursing system, analysis of the patient＇s clinical nursing effect. Results：all patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months, among them, 57 cases were wound granulation grew well, and no tendon bone exposed, bacterial culture results confirm the good recovery and wound is negative, the other 3 cases observed bone appearance of product is relatively large, and the influence of the growth and repair of severe infection the granulation. Conclusion：the clinical application of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of patients with trauma and infection in Department of orthopedics is helpful to the recovery of the fracture and the improvement of the symptoms of infection.
