中医护理耳穴压籽用于改善肝炎患者临床症状的效果观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Ear Acupoint Pressure Seeds on the Clinical Symptoms of Patients with Hepatitis

目的:探讨中医护理耳穴压籽在临床肝炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取收治的104例肝炎患者为研究调查的数据样本,按照护理方法的不同将患者分为观察组与对照组各52例,观察组患者采取中医护理干预,并给予耳穴压籽疗法;对照组患者给予临床常规护理。比较两组患者护理有效率。结果:干预后观察组患者临床症状较干预前有明显改善,且症状改善人数优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对临床肝炎患者采取中医护理耳穴压籽法可有效缓解其临床症状,对促进患者早日康复、提高生活质量具有重要的现实意义,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the application effect of Chinese medicine nursing of ear acupoint pressing seeds on patients with hepatitis.Methods：The data of 104 cases of patients with hepatitis admitted to our hospital were served as the data samples of the research and were divided into 52 cases of observation group and control group respectively according to different nursing methods. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention with ear acupoint pressure seeds given and the control group was treated with routine nursing care so as to compare the nursing efficiency of patients in two groups.Results：After intervention, the clinical symptoms of patients in the observation group were significantly improved than that before intervention and the improvement of symptoms was better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant with P〈 0.05.Conclusion：The adoption of traditional Chinese medicine ear acupoint pressure seeds method in patients with hepatitis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and has significant practical significance in promoting the patients＇ early recovery and in improving the life quality so that it＇ s suggested for promotion.
