改良芒硝外敷袋联合舒适护理在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用

Effect of Modified Radix Glauber's Rhizopus Powder Combined with Comfortable Nursing on Clinical Efficacy and Nursing Comfort in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探讨改良芒硝外敷袋联合舒适护理对急性胰腺炎患者临床疗效及护理舒适度的影响。方法:选取急性胰腺炎患者共60例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。所有患者均给予常规胰腺炎治疗和对症支持治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者给予改良芒硝外敷袋联合常规护理干预,观察组患者给予改良芒硝外敷袋联合舒适护理干预。治疗结束后,比较两组患者治疗总效率、护理舒适度。结果:两组患者治疗总有效率均较高,观察组患者治疗总有效率(93.33%)稍高于对照组(86.67%),但比较无差异统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者护理舒适度为93.33%(28/30),对照组患者护理舒适度为70.00%(21/30),观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良芒硝外敷袋在急性胰腺炎患者舒适护理使用过程中可获得较好的临床疗效,能有效减轻患者的不适感,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of modified mirabilite topical bag combined with comfortable nursing on clinical curative effect and nursing comfort in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods： A total of 60 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected, according to the random number table method was divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases. Results： The total effective rate was higher in both groups,The total effective rate （93.33%） was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （86.67%）, but the difference was statistically significant （P〉0.05）; The nursing comfort was 93.33% （28/30） in the observation group and 70.00% （21/30） in the control group, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Self-made mirabilite external bag in patients with acute pancreatitis comfortable care in the use of the process can effectively reduce the patient＇s discomfort, improve patient satisfaction, worthy of clinical application.
