Analysis of the results of prenatal antibody examination of ABO blood type incompatibility couples

目的:探讨夫妇ABO血型不合的孕妇血清中Ig G抗-A(B)效价异常率及临床意义。方法:研究选取收治的ABO血型不合的孕妇共256例,对研究对象的血样开展Ig G抗-A(B)效价检测。结果:入选的对象中,有182例研究对象的血清效价≥64,异常检出率为71.09%;随着年龄的加大,妊娠次数的增多,血清中Ig G抗-A(B)效价异常率不断升高。结论:对产前保健孕妇开展ABO血型抗体效价检测,并对探查到的异常情况开展及时有效的治疗,可使母婴血型不合导致的新生儿溶血症的发生得以有效减少。

Objective：To investigate the abnormal rate of IgG anti-A （B） titer in pregnant women and its clinical significance in ABO blood type incompatibility couples. Methods： A total of 256 pregnant women with coupleABO blood type incompatibility were selected,the IgG anti-A （B） titer was detected by dimereaptoethanol method. Results： Among the selected subjects, there were 182 patients with serum titer≥ 64 ,the abnormal rate was 71.09%;The abnormal rate of serum IgG anti-A （B） titer increased with age and the number of pregnancies. Conclusion： Checking the titer of prenatal ABO blood type antibody andto carry out timely and effective treatment for abnormal condition can reduce the occurrence of neonatal hemolytic disease caused by maternal-fetal ABO blood type incompatibility.
