儿童动脉缺血性卒中的危险因素研究进展

Progress in the study of risk factors in children's arterial ischemic stroke

儿童动脉缺血性卒中(AIS)发病率虽低,但常遗留明显的神经功能障碍,造成显著的家庭及社会经济负担。儿童AIS的病因多样,常有交互作用,脑动脉病变、心脏疾病、感染、血液系统疾病、颅脑外伤为儿童常见的病因,本文着重对儿童AIS的危险因素进行综述。

Arterial Ischemic Stroke in Children is rare,but it always leaves significantly prolonged neurological deficit. The risk factors of Arterial Ischemic Stroke in Childrenincludecerebral artery diseases,cardiac disorder, infection,hematolog ical diseases and head trauma.Here,we discuss recent advances in research of risk factors to improve our understanding of etiologic mechanisms.
