高血压性心脏病心脏彩超与心电图的对比探讨

目的:对高血压性心脏病心脏彩超与心电图进行对比分析,为该病症的临床诊断提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2014年6月—2016年6月期间我院80例高血压性心脏病患者心脏彩超与心电图资料,对比两种方式诊断结果。结果:心脏彩超检测出左室肥厚患者29例,检出率为36.25%,心电图检测出左室肥厚患者22例,检出率为27.50%,心脏彩超的左室肥厚检出效果优于心电图,具有显著差异性P<0.05。结论:心脏彩超在检测高血压性新脏病较心电图效果好,检出率高,在临床中有较高的应用价值。

Objective： To compare the cardiogram and cardiogram of heart disease with high blood pressure. Methods ：The data of 80 patients from June 2014 to June 2016 were analyzed retrospectively Results： In 29 cases, the detection rate was 36.25%.
