摘要
目的:探究彩色多普勒超声对间位结肠的诊断价值。方法:分析了本院2015年10月—2016年12月收治的3例间位结肠患者的资料,并对患者的共同超声影像改变进行了分析。结果:3例患者均行X线、CT或临床确诊。结论:超声检查易于发现肝膈间的距离、异常回声(肠管样回声),对间位结肠的诊断有较高的特异性,可作为首选检查方法。
Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography. Methods：This paper analyzed the data of three patients who were treated in the hospital between October 2015 and December 2016, and analyzed their ultrasonic images. Results： All three patients underwent X-my, CT or clinical diagnosis. Conclusion： Ultrasonography is easy to detect the distance between the mediastin and the abnormal echo, and the diagnosis of interposition colon is highly specific and can be used as the preferred method..
