老年人心血管疾病的护理研究

Nursing Research on Cardiovascular Diseases in the Elderly

目的:分析老年人心血管疾病的护理特点,同时分析护理效果。方法:本次探究选取我院2015年8月—2016年8月所收治的老年人心血管疾病患者58例作为样本人群,随机分为研究组和参照组各29例。参照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予针对性护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组患者护理效果以及护理满意度均显著优于参照组,组间差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:临床上在给予老年人心血管疾病患者护理干预时需要充分了解疾病的护理特点,通过给予患者针对性护理干预来显著提升患者护理满意度,该护理方法值得临床借鉴。

Objective： To analyze the nursing characteristics of cardiovascular disease in the elderly, and to analyze the nursing effect. Methods： In this study, we selected 58 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 as the sample population, randomly divided into 29 cases of study group and reference group. The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, the study group to give targeted nursing intervention, compare the two groups of nursing effects. Results： The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly better than the reference group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P 〈0.05. Conclusion： In the clinical elderly patients with cardiovascular disease nursing intervention is needed to fully understand the nursing characteristics of the disease, and to improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction by giving the patient＇s targeted care intervention. The nursing method is worthy of clinical reference.
