摘要
目的:探究优质护理服务对提高门诊导医护理质量的影响。方法:选取我院2016年9月的72例门诊患者作为A组,选取2016年1月的72例门诊患者作为B组,A组实行优质护理服务,B组实行传统护理,比较两组患者SAS评分,等候时间、医患纠纷及满意度。结果:A组患者等候挂号时间及检查时间分别为10.43±3.71min及11.37±2.91min,均明显低于B组的15.95±4.15 min及16.10±4.06min,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者门诊时SAS基本一致,就诊后,A组患者SAS评分降至40.41±6.14分,低于B组的48.98±5.78分(P<0.05),且A组患者满意度为97.10±2.15分,明显低于B组的73.94±5.34分(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊开展优质护理服务,对改善患者就诊时焦虑情况及减少医患纠纷具有明显作用,同时可较大程度的减少患者等候时间,促进患者恢复。
Objective: To explore the effect of high quality nursing service to improve the quality of nursing in outpatient medical guide. Methods: A total of 72 cases of outpatients in our hospital in September 2016 as the A group, 72 patients in May 2016 were selected as B group, group A with highquality nursing service, group B with traditional nursing care, compared two groups of patients with SAS scores, waiting time, medical disputes and satisfaction. Results: A group patients waiting for registration time and examination time were 10.43±3.71 min and 11.37±2.91 min, which were significantly lower than those of group B 15.95 ± 4.15 min and 16.10 ±4.06 min, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05}. SAS is basically the same, two groups of patients with outpatient treatment, patients in the A group SAS score decreased to 40.41±6.14 min, lower than that of group B 48.98±5.78 min (P 〈 0.05), and A group patients satisfaction was 97.10±2.15 min, significantly lower than the B group73.94±5.34 min (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: In the outpatient service to carry out high quality nursing service, to improve the patient's anxiety and reduce the doctor-patient dispute has obvious effect, while a greater degree of reduction of patients waiting time, to promote patient recovery.
