论述心血管疾病护理中的不安全因素

Discussion on unsafe factors in cardiovascular disease nursing

目的:探析心血管疾病护理中的不安全因素,同时探析相关性防范措施。方法:本次探究选取我院2015年8月—2016年8月所收治的心血管疾病患者56例作为样本人群,按照随机数字表法均分为研究组和参照组,每组28例。参照组患者应用常规护理干预,研究组患者应用针对性护理干预,将得到的组间数据进行统计学分析。结果:研究组患者的不安全因素中护理人员占比、护理满意度、不良事件发生率均显著优于参照组,组间数据对比存在统计学意义且组间差异明显,P<0.05。结论:临床上需要针对不安全因素设置相关性防范措施才能显著提升患者护理满意度以及降低不良事件发生概率。

Objective： TO explore the factors of insecurity in cardiovascular disease nursing, and to explore the relevant preventive measures.Methods： In this study, 56 patients with cardiovascular disease admitted from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the sample population, according to random number table method were divided into research group and control group, 28 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention, the patients in the research group were given targeted nursing intervention, and the data between the groups were analyzed statistically.Results： Patients in the research group of insecurity factors of nursing staff, nursing satisfaction, adverse events were significantly better than the control group, the data comparison between the groups was statistically significant and the difference betWeen groups was significant, P 〈 0.05.Conclusion： The clinical is necessary to set the relevant prevention measures against insecurity in order to significantly improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction and reduce the probability of adverse events.
