人性化护理对外科门诊护理质量的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Humanized Nursing on Nursing Quality of Outpatient Surgery

目的:分析研究人性化护理对外科门诊护理质量的影响。方法:以我院外科门诊为研究场地,以该门诊接收患者为研究对象,进行为期3个月的护理质量调查研究。以奇数天患者为对照组,偶数天患者为研究组,每天选取30例患者进行研究。对照组采用一般护理方法,研究组实施人性化护理。治疗结束后对患者进行护理质量和护理满意度调查。结果:研究组问卷调查总护理满意度96.89%,显著高于对照组的79.36%,P<0.05;在护理质量和专业水平进行评分方面,研究组也高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:人性化护理可以显著提高外科门诊患者的护理满意度,使院内护理质量得到患者的普遍认可,有助于提高医院门诊的整体形象。

Objective： Analysis of the influence of humanistic nursing on the quality of nurs.ing in Outpatient Surgery. Methods： Taking the outpatient department of our hospital as the research site, the patients were selected as the research object, and the nursing quality survey was conducted for 3 months. Conclusion： Humanistic nursing can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients in surgical outpatient care, so that the quality of hospital care has been generally recognized by patients, which is helpful to improve the overall image of the hospital outpatient service.
