阑尾炎患者的手术护理研究

Surgical nursing of patients with appendicitis

目的:研究护理干预对阑尾炎患者的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年1月—2016年6月收治的阑尾炎患者120例为研究对象,分为两组,给予对照组患者常规护理,在对照组基础上给予观察组患者综合护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在阑尾炎患者护理中的临床效果显著,在临床上值得广泛推广。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with appendicitis. Methods： In our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were 120 cases of appendicitis patients as the research object, divided into two groups, the control group was given routine nursing in the control group were given comprehensive nursing care of patients with the observation group, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results： The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05） （78.33%）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with appendicitis is significant, it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
