身体活动水平:等级划分、度量方法和能耗估算 被引量:19

摘要 身体活动水平与慢性非传染性疾病的发生、发展密切相关,而身体活动时的能耗高低又是决定身体活动水平的重要影响因素。文章以"身体活动"和"能量消耗"为主线,采用文献研究法对国内外有关身体活动的概念、类型和身体活动水平的标准、等级划分、度量方法、能耗估算等方面的研究文献进行系统回顾和梳理。研究发现:现有的各种身体活动水平等级划分级数和标准极为混乱,身体活动水平测量与能耗估算方法仍有待进一步发展与完善。文章还在述评的基础上,提出了相关建议。 Physical activity(PA) is closely related to the incidence of chronic disease, while the energy com- suming of PA is also a cruicial factor influencing the level of PA. This study taking PA and energy consumption as two keys, using literature, sonted and reviewed the concepts of PA, as well as the criterion measurement, re- ckoning of energy consumption. Results show: the existing scales and criteria are in a chaotic status; the meas- urement of PA and reckon method of energy consumption should be further developed. Suggestions are provided on the basis of narration and criticism.
