我国公益体育文化发展对策研究

Study on the Development of Public Sports Culture in China

在运用文献资料法、调查法等方法对公益体育文化意蕴和表征进行深入剖析的基础上,笔者探讨了发展我国公益体育文化的基本路径。认为在目前形势下,应该开辟多种融资渠道,将政府投入和社会赞助相结合。政府要实行政策优惠,鼓励民间资本介入。在此基础上,打破政府垄断,实行服务主体多元化,最终为中央《关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》的顺利实施营造有利的社会环境。

By using the literature, investigation and other methods, the implications and characterization about the sports cultural commonweal is discussed at first. Secondly the basic path to developing Chinese sports cultural commonweal is explored by the author. According to the present situation, we should open up the channels of fi- nancing, combine the investment of government and social support. Furthermore, preferential policies should be implemented by the government so as to encourage civilian capital to intervene, and break the monopoly of the government services. Only by this way, the overall goal can be ultimately realized.
