运动性上胫腓关节脱位原因及发生机制探讨

摘要 运动性上胫腓关节脱位指运动过程中发生的单纯性上胫腓关节脱位,多发生于需要频繁做屈膝扭转动作的运动员。运动性上胫腓关节脱位原因与上胫腓关节关节面形态、膝关节屈曲、胫骨回旋和踝关节屈伸运动等因素有关。运动性上胫腓关节脱位的发生是由运动中膝关节屈曲、踝关节内外翻时腓骨头部位受力不均衡所致。 Exercise-induced dislocation of the proximal tibiofibular joint refers to isolated PTFJ dislocation of athletes during exercise who twist frequently with knee flexion. Pathogeny of exercise-induced PTFJ dislocation was associated with morphology of PTFJ articular surface , flexion of the knee, rotation of the tibia and dorsiflex- ion or plantar flexion of the ankle. Exercise-induced PTFJ dislocation occured as head of fibula was loaded with unbalanced force while flexion of the knee and inversion or eversion of ankle.
