摘要
设计了一种新的基于电流差分跨导放大器(CDTA)的多功能滤波器.所设计的滤波器电路只含一片CDTA和少量无源元件,单路结构简单,在不改变整个电路的拓扑结构的前提下,能够实现双二阶低通、高通、带通、带阻、全通等多种滤波器功能.采用PSPICE对该多功能滤波器进行电路仿真,仿真结果与理论分析基本一致,结果表明基于CDTA的多功能滤波器具有工作电压低、功耗小、频率范围大、可集成化程度高等优势.
In this paper, we present a new multi-function filter by using single-chip current differential transconductance amplifier (CDTA). The filter circuit designed contains only a CDTA and a small number of passive components. The circuit structure is simple, and can not change the topology at the same time to achieve the filter function of double second-order low-pass, high-pass and band pass. The simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. The simulation results also indicate that the fil- ter based on CDTA has a series of advantages such as a low voltage, low power consumption, large dy- namic frequency range, and high degree of integration.
