摘要
采用水热合成法和离子交换法,以四丙基氢氧化铵为模板剂,合成了多级孔HZSM-5分子筛。采用XRD、NH3-TPD、N2物理吸附等手段对HZSM-5分子筛进行了表征。结果表明,该分子筛具有较大的比表面积和适量的酸性活性位。苯、甲醇烷基化反应的研究表明,与普通HZSM-5分子筛相比,该分子筛上苯的转化率提高了约5%,催化剂寿命有大幅提高。
By using tetrapropylammonium hydroxide as template,a novel hierarchical HZSM-5was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis and ion exchange method.The catalyst was characterized by means of XRD、NH3-TPD and BET.The results showed that the synthesized ZSM-5molecular sieve had large specific surface area and moderate acidic amount.The benzene conversion of the synthesized molecular sieve increased by 8%and the life time of the catalysts extended considerably compared to commercial HZSM-5.
