Analysis and reform on water hammer in steam pipe system

针对阳煤集团太原化工新材料有限公司蒸汽凝水管网水击现象进行分析,找到了蒸汽管网水击的原因,最后结合管网的实际情况,提出了合理的改造方案,此方案实施后消除了管网的水击现象。对消除蒸汽管网水击有一定的参考价值。

This paper mainly discusses the water hammer in Yangquan Coal Group Taiyuan Chemical Industry and New Materials Company.The reasons for the water hammer in steam pipe network are found.Finally,a reasonable solution is proposed in conjunction with the pipe network.After the implementation of scheme,the water hammer phenomenon is eliminated in pipe network,providing some reference value in eliminating water hammer in steam pipe network.
