摘要
以红良优166和Ⅱ优3027为试验材料,采用水培方法,研究了缺磷诱导根表铁膜的形成过程。结果表明:在缺磷处理下,两个基因型水稻的总根长增加,根表面积增大,根系增粗,根系活力升高;在缺磷处理下,两个基因型水稻的根表铁膜Fe含量随着处理时间的增加而增大,均在第7 d时达到最大,且Ⅱ优3027的根系铁膜Fe含量及其增加速度均高于红良优166的。表明Ⅱ优3027具有较高的根系氧化力,使其根表有更好的铁膜形成能力。
Rice genotypes Hongliangyou 166 and ⅡYou 3027 were used as the experimental materials,and the formation process of iron plaque induced by phosphorus deficiency on the surface of rice roots was studied by using water culture method.The results indicated that: the total root length,root surface area,root diameter and root activity of these two rice genotypes all increased under the treatment of phosphorus deficiency; the iron content in root-surface iron plaque of two rice genotypes increased with the increase in phosphorus deficiency treatment time,all reached the maximum value on the 7th day after the treatment,and the iron-plaque iron content and its increasing speed in ⅡYou 3027 were all higher than those in Hongliangyou 166,suggesting that the root system of ⅡYou 3027 has a higher oxidizing ability and a stronger iron-plaque-forming ability.
