猪粪渣栽培双孢蘑菇投料处理关键技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 以猪粪渣培养料(A)、覆土厚度(B)和播种量(C)的不同因素为研究对象,进行了3因素4水平的投料处理正交试验,随机完全区组排列。结果表明:3个试验因素对菌丝长速的影响为播种量(C)>投料量(A)>覆土厚度(B);对产量影响大小依次为培养料投料量(A)>播种量(C)>覆土厚度(B)。综合菌丝生长、产量、优质率和产出投入比分析,最佳的栽培组合为A4B2C3,即猪粪渣培养料用量110 kg/m2、覆土厚度3.5 cm、播种量1 kg。利用猪粪渣培养料栽培双孢蘑菇,其主要重金属含量符合食品安全国家标准要求。 In order to research the key technology of material amount for cultivation of Agaricus bisporus by using pig manure,we conducted an orthogonal experiment with 3 factors and 4 levels each factor,and the experimental blocks were completely and randomly arranged. The impact of 3 factors on the hyphal growth rate of A. bisporus showed the following order: seeding rate(C)〉 amount of pig manure compost(A)〉 covering soil thickness(B). The effect of 3 factors on the yield of A. bisporus revealed the following sequence: A〉 C〉 B. Comprehensively analyzing the hyphal growth rate,yield,high-quality rate,and output-input ratio of A. bisporus,we concluded the optimum factor combination for the cultivation of A. bisporus: 110 kg/m2 pig manure compost,covering soil thickness 3.5 cm,and seeding rate 1 kg. The contents of main heavy metals in the cultivated A. bisporus by using pig manure conformed with the requests of the national food safety standards.
