政府主导下民族地区农村土地流转现状、问题及对策——以阜蒙县为例

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Land Transfer in Minority Areas under Guidance of Government: A Case Study of Fumeng County

以阜蒙县为例,对民族地区农村土地流转问题进行了调研,阐述了阜蒙县农村土地流转的现状,分析了土地流转过程中存在流转合同周期短、组织形式多处于初级、合作社资金周转压力大等问题,并结合民族地区的特殊性提出了相应的发展对策。

Taking Fumeng county as an example,we investigated the rural land transfer in minority areas,stated the current situation of rural land transfer in Fumeng county under the guidance of the government,analyzed the existent problems in the process of rural land transfer,such as short period of land transfer contract,primary organizational form,and high-pressure capital turnover in cooperatives,and put forward some corresponding development countermeasures based on the particularity of minority areas.
