摘要
在特定的温度和介质中,将潮湿的二氯化钴放在特制的烘箱中烘干,得到硬化成型的二氯化钴,造粒过筛并装入反应塔,在通入氩气加热进一步脱水后与氟化氢反应,通过控制反应温度与通入氟化氢的流量制备二氟化钴。分析了得到的二氟化钴的纯度与性能,与理论计算值非常接近。实验结果表明,在特定的工艺条件下,由二氯化钴与氟化氢反应制备的二氟化钴纯度可达99%以上,还原性良好,所产生的氯化氢也可以回收利用。
In specific temperature and medium,put wet CoCl2 special baking in the oven,CoCl2 by hardening molding granulation sieving and load reaction tower,the heating ventilation with Ar further and HF after dehydration reaction,by controlling the reaction temperature and the flow of ventilation with HF preparation CoF2,the purity of the CoF2 and performance were analyzed,with the theoretical calculation value is very close. Experimental results show that under certain technological conditions,CoCl2 and HF synthesis get CoF2 purity can reach more than 99%,good reducibility,produced by the HCl can also be recycled.
