摘要
应用提纯过的氟气和钼粉反应制备六氟化钼粗品,并通过蒸馏提纯技术对六氟化钼粗品进行了提纯,提纯完后产品纯度能达到99%以上。并通过实验不同反应温度条件对反应收率的影响,不同投料量对反应时间的影响,优化了工艺参数。
Using purified fluorine and molybdenum powders prepare molybdenum hexafluoride. The purity 99% of molybdenum hexafluoride was carried out by distillation purification technique. The effects of different reflex temperature conditions on reaction yield and the effect of different feeding amount on reaction time were studied. Then,optimized process parameter.
