摘要
莱钢2~#1 880m^3高炉因混料导致中心气流弱,煤气流分布失常,压差上升,期间采取退负荷、控冶强过渡、多次对操作制度进行调整、优化布料矩阵等措施引导中心气流,未出现悬料、管道、炉凉等恶性事故。但中心布料角度的调整导致焦炭掉落到布料溜槽前端固定拉紧处产生乱料,仍导致煤气流分布失常,休风对布料溜槽处理后,炉况恢复正常。
In No.2 1 880 m3 blast furnace, improper mixing led to the weak of the center gas flow, so the gas flow distribution is abnormal and the pressure is rising. In this period, suspended materials and pipeline, furnace cooling and other serious accident did not happened by taking measures such as discharge load, control smelting as transition, repeatedly adjusted and the optimization of burden distribution matrix on the operating system to guide the center air etc. However, the adjustment of the center cloth angle causes the coke to fall on the front of the material chute and the fixed tension place produces a mess, and that still causes the gas flow distribution in abnormal. After the ignition of the air, the furnace condition returns to normal after the cloth chute is processed.
