摘要
为更换损坏的冷却壁,莱钢1~#1880m^3高炉进行了降料线停炉操作。由于停炉炉况基础较差,降料线前进行了小休风操作,更换打水枪、安装临时打水装置等,采用炉顶打水控制顶温,通过料线与煤气成分结合判断料面位置,将料面降至风口以下,实现了安全、顺利停炉。
In order to replace the damaged cooling stave, the furnace operation of the descending material line was carried out in Laiwa Steel's No.1 1 880 m3BF. Due to the poor condition of the furnace, small wind operation is carried out before the material dropping line, replace the water cannon, install temporary water fetching devices, etc. and use top water to control the top temperature. To judge and control the surface under the tuyere according to the feed line and the gas composition, a safe and smooth shutdown of the furnace has been achieved.
