摘要
针对浮选生产系统的特点,研发一种矿浆液位测量和自动控制装置。该装置采用先进可靠的传感器、执行机构、可编程序控制器、工控机构建立硬件平台,利用可编程序控制器运行专家系统测控程序,最终实现了浮选槽液位测控仪系统工业应用平台,改进了精矿产品回收率,节省了劳动力和维护资源,生产效率得到明显提高和改善。
The authors have researched and developed a pulp level measuring and automatic control device according to the characteristics of the flotation production system. The authors adopt advanced and reliable sensors, actuators, programmable logic controllers and industrial control components to establish the hardware platform of the device and utilize programmable logic controllers to run its expert system measurement and control program, so as to ultimately realize the industrial application platform of the pulp level measuring and control device system for flotation cells, which improves concentrate recovery, saves labor force and maintenance resources, markedly increases and improves production efficiency.
