摘要
铜冶炼厂生产过程中,SO_2风机一旦停车,控制系统需要对熔炼区域、吹炼区域、动力中心、阳极炉精炼区域相关的设备作出相应的联锁控制。基于此,提出了一种SO_2风机停车大联锁控制逻辑方案。金冠铜业"双闪"冶炼厂通过DCS实现了该方案的控制,投产运行之后,达到了全厂安全停车、防止SO_2烟气大量外泄和污染环境的目的,取得了较好的效果。
In copper smelters, in case of SO2 blower shutdown, the control system has to make corresponding interlock control to the smelting area, the converting area, the power center, the anode furnace refining area and all the relevant equipment. Therefore,the paper puts forward an interlock control logical scheme for SO2 blower shutdown. The "FSF+FCF" smelter of Jinguan Copper Co., has realized the control of the scheme through DCS. Since it was put into operation, it has secured the plantwide safe shutdown and prevented large SO_2 gas leakage and environment pollution, yielding good results.
