摘要
宝钢湛江钢铁有限公司4 200 mm厚板项目液压系统复杂,为确保冲洗后的效果,对介质系统管路运用了在线循环酸洗工艺。在介绍管路冲洗工艺原理及流程的基础上,结合生产实践,从酸洗的顺序、回路确定、油冲洗及保压试验等几个方面对在线循环酸洗工艺进行了详细分析论述。该厂经过热负荷试车,证明该工艺保证了液压管道的洁净,为各类电磁阀创造了一个良好的工作环境。
The 4200 mm heave plate plant of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron Steel Co. has a complicate hydraulic system. To ensure flushing effects, online circular picking process is adopted for the medium system pipeline. The paper introduces the principles and the flow of pipeline flushing process and makes detailed analysis and discussion of the online circular picking process such as pickling sequence, circuit determination, oil flushing and pressure maintaining test based on production practices. The hot test run of the plant has proven that the process ensures clean hydraulic pipelines and creates a good work environment for various electromagnetic valves.
