摘要 刚度作为车架最基本的特性,其不足会直接影响非承载式车身的被动安全性能、NVH性能、舒适性能等,因此在某商用车车架的开发过程中,主要针对刚度对车架进行结构优化。首先进行CATIA建模,并运用Hypermesh对车架进行刚度分析,根据车架设计规范,排查出不符合刚度要求的部件。结构优化使之满足设计规范要求后,对优化后的车架再次进行有限元分析,并在车架上安装传感器进行台架试验。结果表明,优化后的车架仿真、试验结果误差不超过10%,达到了车架刚度要求,验证了其准确性。 Stiffness is the fundamental property of vehicle frame, which directly affect the passive safety performance, NVH performance, comfort, etc.In the process of the development of a commercial vehicle frame, the structure optimization of frame mainly focuses on the rigidity of the frame. The CATIA model of the vehicle frame is built and stiffness is analyzed by Hypermesh. A ccording to the SOR ( statement of requirement) of frame , the parts which doesn't meet the requirement were found out. Then optimization on the parts was conducted and verified by the stiffness test until they meet the requirement. The results show that the error between optimization of the frame and test results is less than 10%, reaches the frame stiffness requirements.
