搅拌运输车罐内混凝土流体运动仿真与质心偏移分析 被引量:1

摘要 混凝土流体在搅拌运输车搅拌筒内,会因搅动产生周期性的侧向惯性力,从而影响搅拌运输车的侧翻稳定性。针对这一问题,用FLOW3D软件对搅拌筒内自密实混凝土流体状态的流变参数进行了仿真验证,并利用标定后的流变参数对自密实混凝土流体在搅拌筒定转速工况下的流体运动状态进行仿真,得到了搅拌筒内流体的运动状态以及自密实混凝土流体在搅动过程中的质心位移与侧向加速度变化结果,为分析流体搅动时产生的侧向惯性力对整车侧翻稳定性的影响提供依据。 Due to stirring, the self-compacting concrete fluid within the mixing barrel willgenerate a cyclical lateral inertia force. That force will influence the rollover stability of mixing transporter. Since of that,we use FLW3D to simulate and verifythe theological parameters of self-compacting concrete fluid. Using the calibrated theological parameters, the motion state of self-compacting concrete fluid in mixing barrel under constant speed conditions has been simulated. Finally, we get the motion state of the fluid in mixing barrel and dynamic change of centroid displacement and lateral acceleration of self- compacting concrete fluid.lt provides the theoretic basis to analysis the influence of the cyclical lateral inertia force to the rollover stability of mixing transporter.
