摘要 在产品设计中,KANO模型是用来对用户的需求进行分类,从而协助设计师找到提高用户满意度的设计切入点,使企业能够做出正确的产品定位。调研用户对产品的功能需求,针对每个需求设计调研分析评价表,定义用户满意度与用户需求水平之间的关系表达式和可变参数,通过计算得到每个需求的类型,从而完成需求分类。以智能花盆产品设计为例,通过KANO模型从产品功能需求分析的角度出发,发掘人们对于桌面盆栽植物养护需求,设计智能化的花盆产品,并设计与产品需求相关的移动终端程序界面。为产品创新提供设计思路,并为相关产品的设计提供参考。 KANO model is used for analyzing user needs amid product design in order to assist designers to find out the entry points which can improve user satisfaction. In this way, enterprises will be able to confirm correct product positioning. A survey was carried out on users' function needs for a product, and an evaluation form for research analysis was made in line with each need, so as to define the relational expressions and variable parameters between user satisfaction and user needs. Then the type of each need was confirmed through calculation, thus classifying the needs. Smart pot was taken as an example. Demand analysis was carried out on product fimctions based on KANO model to explore people's needs for planting and maintaining potted plants on desks, aiming at designing smart pots and designing program interface related to product needs on mobile terminals. In this way, design thoughts for product innovation were provided, which might be referenced by designers for relevant product design.
