摘要
新型产品多对置柱塞泵具有压力高、流量大、高效节能等优点,但由于结构新颖复杂无法采用现有方法进行性能分析。文章提出基于杆组法的多对置柱塞泵运动分析原理,首先建立刚体、曲柄和RRPⅡ级杆组的运动学数学模型,然后基于MATLAB开发通用子程序,最后给出多对置柱塞泵运动分析主程序的装配方法和流程图。实践证明本原理具有通用性好、实用性强、操作简便等特点。在此基础上开发的程序采用SimMechanics验证,并在3DW80/16型三对置柱塞泵的研发中投入实际应用。
New product, multiple opposed-plunger pump, has the advantages in high pressure, large flow, high efficiency and energy saving, but itcan't be analyzed with existing methods because of itsnovelcomplex structure. Based on Assur Groupsmethod, akinematic analysis theory for multiple opposed-plunger pump is presented by this paper. At first, this paper builds the kinematic mathematical modelsfor rigid body, crank and RRPClass IIAssurGroups. Then the general subroutinesare developed based on MATLAB. And at last, the assembling method and flow diagramof kinematic analysis program of multiple opposed-plunger pumpare presented. It is proved by practice that the theory hascharacteristicsof good generality, strong practicability and convenient operation. Program developed on it has been Verified by SimMechanics and has been put into use in the development of three opposed-plunger pump, 3DW80/16.
