摘要
针对电气化铁路接触网巡检过程繁琐,效率低且附有危险性,设计了一种电气化铁路接触网无人巡检车。通过对接触网系统实际情况勘察和铁路运行情况分析,提出了对接触网系统的有关连接位置进行拍照取样的方案。无人巡检车包括底盘系统、提升机构、移动平台系统。将提升机构伸长到适当高度,运用无线遥控器将控制信号传递给工控机,控制底盘系统行走,移动平台系统进行升降和横移,工业照相机再拍照取样。无人巡检车整体采用可拆卸设计,方便快速的组装和拆卸,针对关键部件的可靠性还做了分析和校核。从试用情况来看,无人巡检车完成了研制要求,实现了巡检自动化。
In view of the electrified railway catenary inspection process's trival, low efficiency and risk, we design a electrified railway unmanned inspection vehicle. Based on the investigation and analysis of catenary system actual situation and the of operation railway, I put forward the plan that photograph catenary system connection position to take sample. Unmanned Inspection Vehicle including Chassis system, Elevator mechanism and Mobile platform system. Upgrade Elevator mechanism to the appropriate height, and use the wireless to remote control signals to IPC, which control chassis system to run, use mobile platform system to lift and traverse, industrial camera to take pictures of sampling. Unmanned Inspection Vehicle adopts the detachable design, convenient and quick assembly and disassembly, The key components of reliability also are made analysis and check. From the trial, Unmanned inspection vehicle is completed development requirements and realized inspection automation.
