摘要 采用浸渍法制备H_6P_2Mo_(15)W_3O_(62)/TiO_2催化剂,使用正丁醛和乙二醇来合成丁醛乙二醇缩醛.经过实验研究得出此催化剂在缩醛反应中表现出的性能,催化剂用量、原料量比、环己烷用量和反应时间等多种因素对收率的影响.实验表明最佳反应条件为:在催化剂用量1.1%、正丁醛和乙二醇的摩尔比为1.0∶1.6、带水剂10.0ml、反应时间100 min,产物的收率达80.0%. H6P2Mo15W3O62/TiO2 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method. Butyraldehyde glycol acetal was synthetize by using butyraldehyde and glycol as raw materials. The catalytic activity of catalyst in acetalization reaction and research the influence containing ratio of raw material,catalystdosage,reaction time and cyclohexane dosage to product yield were discussed. Under the optimal reaction conditions that molar ratio of butyraldehyde and glycol is 1. 0∶ 1. 6,benzaldehyde is 0. 2 mol,mass fraction of catalyst is 0. 6%,volume of cyclohexaneas the watercarrying agent is 10. 0m L and reaction time is 100 min,the yield of butyraldehyde glycol acetal can reach 80. 0%.
