摘要
以蝴蝶兰"双龙"品种的离体叶片为外植体,利用正交试验法研究MS基本培养基种类、TDZ、蔗糖3个因素及水平组合对蝴蝶兰离体叶片不定芽诱导的影响.结果表明:蝴蝶兰"双龙"品种诱导离体叶片不定芽产生的最佳培养基是1/2MS+0.3 mg/L TDZ+10 g/L蔗糖.
The effect of three factors and combination of the kinds of MS basic media,TDZ and sucrosewere studied on adventitious buds induction from leaves in vitro of phalaenopsis ＂Shuang Long＂to be adventitious buds by using the orthogonal experiment design. The results showed that the optimal medium for the adventitious buds induction from leaves in vitro of Phalaenopsis ＂Shuang Long＂is 1/2MS ＋ 0. 3 mg/L TDZ ＋ 10 g/L sucrose.
