图书馆业务竞赛是直观、快捷、有效的业务交流形式,是提升青年馆员职业素养的重要方法。以2016年贵州图书馆"青年馆员论坛——图书馆业务管理竞赛"为例,分析图书馆业务竞赛在促进青年馆员夯实专业功底、强化职业意识、树立职业精神、提高职业能力、培养创新思维、培育团队协作精神等方面的重要作用和意义。

Library skills competition is a directly perceived,rapid and effective form of professional work communication.It is an important approach to enhance young librarians' professional literacy.Taking 'Young librarians' forum—library management skills competition in the libraries of Guizhou in 2016' as an example,the paper analyzes the important functions and significance of library skills competition on the following aspects:tamping down young librarians' professional foundation,strengthening professional consciousness,building up professional spirit,promoting professional ability,cultivating innovative thinking and fostering the spirit of team cooperation.
