Research on Evaluation of Collaborative Innovation Center Oriented to Science Frontier

运用逻辑框架法、文献研究法和德尔菲法,综合考虑面向科学前沿的协同创新中心实际情况和相关政策方针,构建了以科学研究、人才培养、学科建设、运行管理和可持续发展为主的面向科学前沿的协同创新中心评价指标体系。通过模糊综合评价法以某协同创新中心为例验证该评价指标体系的可信度和可行性。

The author makes a comprehensive consideration of the actual situation and related policies of collaborative innovation center oriented to science frontier through application of logical framework approach, literature analysis and Delphi method. The article builds an evaluation index system of collaborative innovation center oriented to science frontier. The system gives priority to scientific research, talent development, discipline construction, operation management and sustainable development. Taking a collaborative innovation center as an example, the article verifies the reliability and feasibility of the evaluation index system by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
