摘要
目的 探讨猪脑灌注模型在显微神经外科手术解剖培训中的应用效果。方法 选择我院50例参与培训的显微神经外科规培医生作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予传统模式学习,观察组在对照组的基础上在猪脑灌注模型上进行模拟手术全过程训练,培训结束后评价两组医生的培训效果。结果 猪脑具有良好的经济适用性,观察组的平均外侧裂池解剖时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的动、静脉损伤率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医生的手术熟练程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过对猪脑外侧裂结构进行解剖,可见猪脑外侧裂的血管及其他重要结构,通过猪脑灌注模型显微解剖训练可提升显微神经外科规培医生的实践经验,有助于提升培训效果。
Objective To establish a tentative brain perfusion model of brain perfusion model applied anatomy training effect in micro operation in the Department of Neurosurgery,in order to provide a solid theoretical basis for the micro Department of neurosurgery. Methods In our hospital 50 cases of micro surgeon training as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was given the traditional learning mode,the observation group in the control group in the brain perfusion model to simulate the whole process of operation training,evaluation of two groups of doctors after learning the training effect. Results The brain has good economy applicability,the observation group average anatomical lateral fissure was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);observation group of artery and vein injury were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);the observation group surgery proficiency was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The brain anatomy through lateral fissure structure,lateral fissure of the brain visible blood vessels and other important structures by the brain tissue perfusion model training can improve the microsurgical anatomy of microscopic neurosurgeon experience,help to improve the training effect.
