方志敏的自我效能及其对政治生态建设的启示

FANG Zhimin's Self-efficacy and Its Enlightenment to the Building of Political Ecology

构建风清气正的政治生态可以从无产阶级革命家方志敏的革命事迹中获得经验启示,但方志敏精神之高尚伟大似乎会让普通党员干部心生敬畏以致难以实践,故依据自我效能理论将方志敏精神背后的深层心理动因发掘出来,有助于我们更好地继承和践行红色基因。纵观方志敏的自我效能之培育发展历程,不难看出其自我效能的强大。他的自我效能不仅让他成为共早年卓越的领导人之一,更使他领导的革命团队有着极高的集体效能,他所创建的"方志敏式"根据地也因而成为"苏维埃模范省"。借鉴方志敏以自我效能带动苏区政治生态建设的经验,当代领导干部可以从确立目标、制定计划两方面来着力提升个人和团队的自我效能,进而构建优良政治生态。

To build an upright and clean political ecology, people are supposed to get experience and enlightenment from FANG Zhimin＇s revolutionary deeds, who was a Proletarian revolutionist. However, FANG＇s great spirit seems to awe some common Party members so that it can＇t be practised. Thus, on the basis of self-efficacy theory, to dig out the deep motive of FANG＇s spirit is helpful for people＇s better inheriting and practising of the Red genes. Throughout the development of FANG Zhimin＇s self-efficacy, it is easy to find the power of self-efficacy. His self-efficacy not only made him one of the prominent leaders in the earlier years of the Party, but also provided his revolutionary team with high collective-efficacy, and thus the ＂FANG Zhimin Style＂ base created by him became the ＂Example of Soviet Prov- ince＂. Learning from FANG Zhimin＇s building of the political ecology in Soviet areas by means of self-efficacy, con- temporary leading carders can focus on improving individual self-efficacy and team self-efficacy by establishing targets and making plans, so as to build a sound political ecology.
