不同基因型瓠瓜白粉病抗性评价及生理生化差异的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以16份不同基因型瓠瓜为试验材料,研究了其白粉病抗性及生理生化差异。结果表明:不同基因型瓠瓜的白粉病抗性存在显著差异,其中以B-2、B-3、B-5、B-10、B-11、B-15的抗病性最强;在人工接种条件下,不同基因型瓠瓜叶片中SOD、POD、PAL酶活性及脯氨酸的含量均存在显著差异,其中以B-2、B-3、B-5、B-10、B-11、B-15的酶活性及脯氨酸的含量最高。通过对抗性指标的相关分析,认为SOD、POD、PAL酶活性及脯氨酸含量与瓠瓜白粉病抗性之间存在显著相关性,可以作为瓠瓜白粉病抗性的初步评价鉴定指标。 The 16 different-genotype bottle gourds were used as experimental materials, and their resistances to powdery mildew and differences in physiological and biochemical properties were studied. The results showed that their resistances to powdery mildew were significantly different, and among the bottle gourds the resistance of B-2,B-3,B-5,B-10,B-11 and B-15 were the highest ; Under artificial inoculation, their leaves' SOD, POD and PAL activities and proline contents were significantly different, and among the bottle gourds the enzyme activity and proline content of B-2, B-3, B-5, B-10, B-11 and B-15 were the highest. The correlation analysis indicated that the SOD, POD and PAL activities and proline content significantly correlated to the powdery mildew resistance and thus could preliminarily be used as indicators to evaluate the resistance of bottle gourd to powdery mildew.
