京津冀协同发展基础理论与实践研究

Basic Theory and Practice Research on Collaborative Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

整理了2012年以来京津冀在区域经济、城市群结构、生态环境3个方面协同发展的理论研究文献,并归纳了同时期的京津冀协同发展的实践进展。结果表明,京津冀协同发展的理论研究较为丰富,但系统性和对实践的指导性有待提升,协同发展的实践在稳步推进,但尚未有突破性进展,整体上实践发展远滞后于理论研究。随着《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》的落实,京津冀三地应充分利用良好基础和有利条件,有望"十三五"期间打开协同发展的新局面。

We organized theoretical literature and summary the progress of practice,including regional economy,city group construction and eco- logical environment,about collaborative development of Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei region since 2012. The results are as follows. Theoretical re- search results were abundant about collaborative development of Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei region ,while the systematization and the instructing to practice still needed to be improved. The practice of collaborative development of Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei region was propelled in steadily ,while a breakthrough was not yet to be achieved. As a whole, the practice was far lagged the theoretical research about collaborative development of Bei- jing - Tianjin - Hebei region. With the implementation of ＂Coordinated Development of Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei Region Plan＂, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei should take advantage of good foundation and favorable conditions and open up new situation of collaborative development in the period of ＂13th Five Year＂.
